The Three Lions Recall Saka While Jude Bellingham, Foden & Jack Grealish Miss Out
Bukayo Saka has scored 12 goals in 44 appearances for England.
England have recalled Bukayo Saka for next week's games versus Latvia and Wales, however no room for Bellingham, Foden or Grealish.
Arsenal forward Saka missed the previous World Cup qualifying wins over Serbia and Andorra due to a muscle problem.
The 24-year-old recently returned for Arsenal and scored in their victory against Olympiacos midweek.
Saka replaces club colleague Noni Madueke, who is out of action until November with a knee problem.
The Three Lions meet Wales in a warm-up match at the national stadium this week prior to a World Cup qualifier in Latvia on 14 October.
If England win in Latvia, they will require a maximum of two more points from their final two qualifiers against Serbia and Albania in the next month to qualify for next summer's tournament in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Quansah replaces Newcastle United’s Livramento, who is sidelined for two months after suffering a knee injury versus the Gunners recently.
Elliot Anderson and Djed Spence, who earned their first England call-ups last month, retain their places. Ruben Loftus-Cheek also keeps his spot, even with the recovery of Wharton.
Saka has featured in just one game for Tuchel since taking over as England manager, due to injury concerns.
Bellingham missed the last England international camp as he recovered from a shoulder operation and has only made one start for Real Madrid since returning to fitness.
The Manchester City player was omitted from Tuchel's previous selection following a loss of form and has been unable to force his way back, despite a strong start to the campaign with Manchester City.
Grealish also is excluded despite a revival in form on loan at Everton. He has not played for England since last year.

'Focus on omissions over inclusions'
Thomas Tuchel's latest England squad brings scrutiny on those the boss has omitted rather than the players he has selected.
Jude Bellingham's omission may raise some eyebrows but the coach understandably feels there is no rush to recall the Madrid midfielder.
City’s Phil Foden and loanee Jack Grealish have both performed well in the early stages of the campaign.
The players Tuchel utilised in the team’s World Cup qualifier wins versus Serbia and Andorra merit the reward of continuity.
It will bring disappointment that the Gunners’ Madueke is not included because of a fitness issue.
Anderson has settled well at international level.
Tuchel is a fan of the attacker, in particular, as well as the City star.
One unexpected move, it is the exclusion of Crystal Palace midfielder Wharton.
The star, naturally, will be needed in the future.
